ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS INFLUENCING THE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ON DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM AT
BANDAR LAMPUNG CITY
The purpuse of this research is to know and analyze the effects of work disciplineandcompetenceto influence the performance of an employee onDepartment of Tourism at Bandar Lampung City.
This research consisted of thirty six respondent there is employee on Department of Tourism at Bandar Lampung City. In the methode do applying for collecting data by documentation study, observation and interview, and then the angket. For processing data using the multiple regression analysis to know relation indefendent variable (X1) work discipline and (X2)competenceto influence defendant variable (Y) performanceof an employee onDepartment of Tourism at Bandar Lampung City. Furthermore in its data analysis using SPSS Statistics 22 program.
The results of these research appeared that by significant 0,05 for two side test 2,5% and N =36 to obtain t statistics’s table 2,03452. But t from testing 6,099 for work discipline, and 3,923 for competencetherefore work discipline and competencehas positive significant influences to performance of employee on Department of Tourism at Bandar Lampung City. This result could be explained that testing of F and testing of t statistics. F statistics’s table 3,28 but F testing 34,959 by statistics’s table therefore work discipline and competence is to’gether has positive significant influences to performance of employee on Department of Tourism at Bandar Lampung City.
