FAKTOR-FAKTOR DETERMINASI KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL KARYAWAN HOTEL HORISON DI BANDAR LAMPUNG
THE DETERMINATION FACTORS OF EMPLOYEE’S ORGANIZATIONAL COMITMENT ON HORISON HOTEL
The purpuse of this research is to know and analyze the effects of motivation, job satisfaction and leadership styleto influence the employeesorganizational comitment on Horison Hotel Bandar Lampung.
This research consisted of sixty tworespondent there is employeeon Horison Hotel Bandar Lampung. In the methode do applying for collecting data by documentation study, observation and interview, and then the angket. For processing data using the multiple regression analysis to know relation indefendent variable (X1) motivation, (X2)job satisfaction and (X3)leadership styleto influence defendant variable (Y) organizational comitment. Furthermore in its data analysis using SPSS Statistics 22 program.
The results of these research appeared that by significant 0,05 for two side test 2,5% and N =62 to obtain t statistics’s table 2,00172. But t from testing 4,222 for motivation, 3,373 for job satisfaction and 10,901 for leadership style therefore motivation, job satisfaction and leadership stylehas positive significant influences to organizational comitment of employees on Horison Hotel Bandar Lampung. This result could be explained that testing of F and testing of t statistics. F statistics’s table 2,76 but F testing 341,040 by statistics’s table therefore motivation, job satifaction and leadership style is to’gether has positive significant influences to organizational comitment of employees on Horison Hotel Bandar Lampung.
